These Terms govern your access to and use of Entrain AI Training ("Entrain"), operated by Asan Digital LLC ("we," "us"). By enrolling or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Entrain is a beginner-friendly AI learning community. A membership includes access to the members' community, learning resources, and live group sessions, plus guidance as you build your own projects. Exactly what's included depends on the membership option you choose, and offerings, schedules, and content may change to improve the program.

Some parts of the learning experience may involve third-party AI tools or services (for example, ChatGPT, Claude, or optional pay-as-you-go APIs). Any such tools are separate from your membership and may have their own terms and costs. We aim to teach you how to use free tiers when possible and how to set spending limits to avoid surprises.

Membership & billing

• Membership is billed on a recurring basis via Stripe at the price shown at checkout, until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice; changes won't affect the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll work with you in good faith, which may include a refund of that payment. Renewals are generally non-refundable, but reach out — we're reasonable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to share your access or paid materials with non-members, disrupt sessions or the community, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or remove access for conduct that harms other members or the program.

Your work & our content

You own the projects and tools you build. Course materials, slides, and content are owned by us and provided for your personal learning use only.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The course is educational. We don't guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is," and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
